Both telehealth and mobile appointments require filling out the online form and our team will endeavour to get back to you within 24 hours regarding confirmation. .
No referral required. However, an EPC plan is required for any medicare rebates.

Same as above but we also utilise other adjunctive passive therapies depending on the condition and treatment plan. "Passive" meaning you as the patient do not require active participation and treatments may include but not limited to massage, joint mobilisations, dry needling etc.
Our model of care strongly encourages "active" therapies where we empower you for your recovery. Studies and experience has demonstrated favourable LONG-TERM outcomes with active therapies without building reliance on the therapists.
Typically discussed in treatment based on your condition however we recommend allowing up 4-6 weeks before re-evaluation of goals.
No equipment required, we come prepared with all necessary tools. Just make sure for telehealth you have a reliable internet connection and a smart device (computer or phone) with a working camera.
To ensure optimal comfort during sessions, we recommend wearing comfortable and unrestrictive clothing or exercise apparel during your session.
Upon payment, a rebate-able receipt would be provided for submission to your health fund.
